Ordered both quarter panels. First one came strapped to pallet real professional, second one came in a retaped box with no pallet, damaged!

Obviously someone tried to install and found the same problems i have! Also has two dings, one fair sized.

It was great. The phones were down yesterday {{Redacted}} This part of this sucks.{{Redacted}}

On 8/2/24, I purchased these clips for my 1957 Chevy rocker molding, part #TF400023. When I received the clips on 8/8/24, I found out that these clips are too small to fit properly inside the rocker molding to install.

So, then I placed another order through Mutton Hollow and when I received their clips, I found out that they were the same as your Classic Industries clips and also that the rocker clips actually came from Classic Industries. I am now stuck with 2 sets of rocker molding clips that are too small to mount my rocker panel molding. Please investigate this problem for me as I still need the right clips to install my rocker panel molding.

Plus, it has an area chaffed with numbers embossed on the wood.

I would like this one board replaced

and sent to me soon. The truck build is nearly complete. I would like to send a photo, tell me how.

I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from you guys and I tried to return a part for my 65 impala was told couldnt just buy the chrome around rear trunk emblem by itself and was told I would get a return label and called back today and was told it was denied I have other vehicles that Im rebuilding I know not to ever order anything else from this place

I order a part and never got it. I see on bank statements that it was paid for the tracking number shows that it was delivered

Quarter panels are not stamped the same from side to side. Will not line up with the trunk lid .not fit around rear body panel at tail lights outer wheel houses didn't fit quarters had to finish bending at pinch weld .rockers had notches cut at end that meets quarters had to make patches to fill the holes. Panel under back glass that is between quarters had to be modified to fit the only part that fit was the tnorunk floor

Ordered 4 windows 6 mo ago. Was sent only 1 still no eta.

Decided to return the 1 and now I have to pay shipping.

Why send part order just to get sale ? Wait is to long was told 5 weeksbeware

Waiting since November for rear window glass . They said they havent received shipments from amd since May of 21 ???

Nothing has happened. I still cant get in touch with them to find out about availability of the part they said was on back order

Ordered grill for 1966 Chevy impala been on back order since Sep 2021 talked to customer service in November representative said it would be arriving after Christmas

Nothing ever fists. Also have a a brake booster, delving moraine style. New and never been used. Installed it and it would not hold a vacuum.

I think Im done with classic. Satisfaction with the products is rare.

I bought a distributor from them. Any one that has used this distributor knows they are problematic.

I put it in and it was bad. Emailed emailed and emailed company. A month later they finally email me back. Said send it and will test it and if bad send u new one.

Means never heard back and I wanted my car running I bought one from different company.

Told them I couldn’t wait a month means they weren’t replying. Now no reply’s again.
